Conflict, while inevitable, is a complex phenomenon. Its study requires a systematic analysis of conflict in a variety of contexts and levels, which includes understanding the root causes of conflicts, their attributes, and dynamics, including their impact or effects on people and society. 1. Familiarize the nature and dynamics of conflict, conflict resolution, and conflict transformation;

2. Share and discuss conflict situations and how they’re addressed on the personal/interpersonal, communal, national, and international levels;

3. Come up with re-entry statements/commitments after each session as part of course application and toward the enrichment of their respective professions and undertakings.
