
This 6-hour micro-course develops participants’ ability to assess teaching modalities, approaches, and strategies for technology-enhanced flexible learning and limited face-to-face (LF2F) instruction. Lesson 1 explores techno-pedagogical models, the impact of COVID-19 on education, and the role of disruptive technologies in shaping future teaching practices. Lesson 2 focuses on classroom management, emphasizing the adaptation of strategies for both in-person and online sessions in LF2F contexts. By the end of this module, participants will be able to apply effective classroom management techniques and evaluate pedagogical approaches suitable for flexible and hybrid learning environments.
