By the end of the course, learners will be able to effectively utilize Open Educational Resources (OER) by understanding their characteristics and benefits, applying the principles of the 5Rs (Retain, Reuse, Revise, Remix, and Redistribute), and adhering to Creative Commons licenses. They will also be skilled in designing and implementing digital assessments by creating both summative and formative assessments using appropriate digital tools within blended, hybrid, and hyflex learning environments, as well as developing evaluation rubrics to measure student progress and engagement. Additionally, learners will recognize the importance of effective feedback, identify suitable feedback tools for different instructional modes, and apply effective feedback strategies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
