This 6 hours course aims to equip participants with critical digital literacy skills for navigating technology-enhanced learning environments. Lesson 1 focuses on the responsible use of social media, promoting ethical and mindful online behavior. Lesson 2 addresses combating misinformation, disinformation, and mal-information by developing strategies to identify and counteract false information. Lesson 3 emphasizes the importance of data privacy and protection, providing guidelines for safeguarding personal information in technology-enhanced flexible learning and limited face-to-face (LF2F) contexts.

Description: At the end of this 6 hours SOOC, participants should be able to assess the various teaching modalities, approaches, and strategies emphasizing classroom management for technology-enhanced flexible learning.

By the end of the course, learners will be able to effectively utilize Open Educational Resources (OER) by understanding their characteristics and benefits, applying the principles of the 5Rs (Retain, Reuse, Revise, Remix, and Redistribute), and adhering to Creative Commons licenses. They will also be skilled in designing and implementing digital assessments by creating both summative and formative assessments using appropriate digital tools within blended, hybrid, and hyflex learning environments, as well as developing evaluation rubrics to measure student progress and engagement. Additionally, learners will recognize the importance of effective feedback, identify suitable feedback tools for different instructional modes, and apply effective feedback strategies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.


This course focuses on enhancing the strategic integration of educational technology and adapting instructional design for evolving learning environments. In Lesson 1, participants will formulate a sustainability plan for educational technology, emphasizing long-term planning, resource management, and technology integration to support teaching and learning. In Lesson 2, participants will learn to recalibrate their syllabi for limited face-to-face instruction, ensuring flexibility, inclusivity, and alignment with blended learning approaches. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with the skills to develop sustainable technology plans and adapt instructional materials for dynamic educational settings.
