Description
Physical Education and Health offer experiential learning for learners to adopt an active life for fitness and lifelong health. The knowledge, skills, and understanding which include physical and health literacy competencies develop the movement competence needed to participate in physical activities. The development of fundamental movement skills in association with the application of movement concepts and principles provides the basic foundation for physical literacy.
This course on exercise for fitness enables the learner to set goals, monitor one’s participation in aerobics, muscle – and – bone-strengthening activities, cardiovascular/cardiorespiratory activities, and constantly evaluate how well one has integrated this into one’s personal lifestyle. It consists of an array of offerings that learners can choose from.
