The video is about cell transport. It discusses the mechanisms involving the movement of materials inside and outside of the cell. It seeks to differentiate the passive and active types of transport. Passive transport is the movement of materials inside and outside of the that does not require the expenditure of energy. Active transport, on the other hand, requires energy in the form of ATP.
