
This 9-hours micro-course examines the architects of networked disinformation and their role in shaping online narratives. Learners will explore the nature of work relationships within disinformation networks, the stages and techniques used in crafting networked disinformation, and the ethical challenges surrounding these practices. The module also highlights how disinformation strategies exploit digital platforms and provides recommendations for stakeholders and the academe in addressing complicit trolling. By the end of this course, participants will be able to analyze the structure of disinformation production and identify strategies for collective intervention.
