This 6-hour micro-course consists of four lessons designed to deepen understanding and application of technology-enhanced flexible learning. Building on the prerequisite course Educational Philosophy of Technology-Enhanced Flexible Learning, this module equips participants with practical strategies and frameworks to adapt teaching practices to evolving educational contexts. By the end of the micro-course, learners will be able to apply flexible, student-centered approaches that integrate digital tools and pedagogical innovations for effective post-pandemic instruction.

This 6-hour micro-course introduces key strategies in educational technology instructional design to enhance teaching and learning. Learners will explore effective ways to ensure learner-to-content engagement, create visually compelling and professional presentations, and develop pre-recorded lecture videos for flexible delivery. By the end of the course, participants will gain practical skills in designing, presenting, and recording instructional content that promotes active and meaningful learning experiences.

This 6-hour micro-course equips learners with essential skills in organizing and managing digital learning resources. It consists of four lessons: understanding open educational resources, using cloud platforms for resource organization, creating online repositories with video-sharing tools, and structuring resources for online distance learning. By the end of the micro-course, participants will be able to effectively curate, manage, and share digital resources to support flexible and technology-enhanced teaching and learning.

This 6-hour micro-course introduces learners to the principles and practices of gamification in education. It consists of four lessons: understanding gamification in the classroom, applying gamified approaches to content delivery and assessment (Parts 1 and 2), and exploring real-time online engagement tools such as polls, voting, and word clouds. By the end of the micro-course, participants will be able to design engaging learning experiences that integrate gamified strategies and interactive online activities to enhance motivation and participation in digital classrooms.

This 6-hour micro-course focuses on strengthening assessment and feedback practices in technology-enhanced learning environments. It is composed of four lessons: designing activities in virtual classrooms to improve learner engagement and feedback, creating rubrics using online tools, exploring personalized learning and assessment approaches, and addressing strategies to prevent online cheating. By the end of the micro-course, participants will be equipped with practical tools and strategies to design fair, engaging, and integrity-driven assessments for digital classrooms.

This 6-hour micro-course explores advanced concepts in educational technology and data-driven learning. It includes four lessons: Education 4.0 with its ethical, social, and privacy implications; educational data mining, big data, and analytics; techniques in educational data visualization; and design thinking strategies in the classroom. By the end of the micro-course, learners will gain practical knowledge on using data responsibly, visualizing insights effectively, and applying innovative design thinking methods to enhance teaching and learning in the digital age.
